Working larger than usual, I had such fun doing this painting from an old black and white photo of my mother.  Not exactly her likeness but close enough.

I Got You Babe!

This scene was painted for my entry into the Debra Huse Gallery "Small Treasures" show.  With only 50 paintings of this size in the show and many wonderful artists who enter, my fingers are crossed that this gets in.  I will keep you posted.
