Ribbons And Bows

I have done this painting once before. There is such intimacy that comes with painting a face. This painting is much more of a likeness, the other was a bit looser.  I like them both for different reasons.

    Ribbons and Bows - The combination of painted planes, highlights, reflective light and the overall warm tone of this painting - invites the viewer into the moment with this child. Kudos.
